ABOUT THE COMPANY

Something Special Florist is family owned and operated by Mike and Nancy Payne and daughter Lisa. We opened our shop in 1978 and are the oldest owner owned and operated shop in Colton.

Nancy is a 2nd generation florist and to keep our shop on the cutting edge of floral design she frequents design shows and competitions. Nancy placed in the California Top 10 in 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2006, and was inducted into the prestigious AIFD Association in 2005.

Our talented designers are here to create exciting and beautiful arrangements to express your heartfelt sentiments. We carry a large selection of fresh flowers,plants, basket gardens, balloons, plush animals, gift baskets and cards. Whether the occasion is a birthday, anniversary, get well, wedding, or just to say "I love you", you can rely on Something Special Florist to make your occasion or event very Special. SERVICE AREA

We deliver to the Inland Empire communities of Colton, Bloomington, Rialto, Fontana, San Bernardino, Highland, Loma Linda and Redlands and close by Riverside. Nationwide delivery is available.

HOURS OF OPERATION

We are open, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM to 12PM. We are closed on Sundays (except on major holidays) Special arrangements will be made to accommodate Sunday weddings and funerals.

Specialty Services

SAME DAY LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders received by 3PM weekdays and by 11AM Saturdays will be delivered same day by request.

SYMPATHY ARRANGEMENTS

Our funeral tributes are exceptional. We can create special meaning for the family by incorporating a person's special interests or passions into the design.

CUSTOM BANNERS

We offer custom printed banners for either sympathy arrangements or to express your sentiments for anniversary, birthday or other occasions.

EMAIL PHOTOS

Upon request we will email a photo of your arrangement at no extra charge.

OCCASION REMINDERS

Let us make you look great!-- No more forgotten birthdays, anniversaries or other special occasions. Just provide us with those special dates and we will remind you with a phone call, email, or fax.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

We attempt to deliver your flowers AM or PM as requested, or even to fit into a special time frame or deliver on short notice as our delivery schedule allows. But-- If a delivery absolutely MUST be delivered at or by a certain time or after hours or a timed delivery at holidays please request "SPECIAL DELIVERY" a fee of $25.00 will apply.

WEDDING OR EVENT PAYMENTS

Payments may be made by credit card or we can schedule payments so that balance is paid prior to event.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

We offer same day deliveries on local orders recieved prior to 3:00PM--Nationwide by noon PST. Some gift baskets and specialty orders require 24 hr. or more notice. AM or PM deliveries are accomodated as scheduling permits. Sorry, we are unable to promise timed deliveries at Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. If it MUST be delivered by a certain time please give us 24 hrs. notice and request "SPECIAL DELIVERY"-- A $25.00 fee will apply.
